Louis holds a BBusSci (Actuarial Science) degree from the University of Cape Town ​and is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Financial Markets. He has more than 30 ​years of experience in Financial Markets. He worked in Investment Management, ​Banking and Corporate Treasuries and at the National Treasury of South Africa. He is ​an experienced transaction advisor and has advised on several large PPP projects ​including the Gautrain as well as renewable and other projects for the IPP Office. ​Louis has further consulted with large corporate treasuries and provided turnaround ​advice to many companies. He is an experienced Board Member.
